Personal training and nutrition coaching at Kenaz follows our 3 key pillars of Fitness, Nutrition and Accountability. These 3 pillars are the key to ensuring our clients have a clear picture of their health and can look towards long-term, permanent change. 

Here’s what you can expect with our Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching services at Kenaz.

  1. FITNESS 

Your coach will customize a minimum of three, 30-minute exercise programs each week that are SPECIFICALLY made for you, tailored to your goals, your schedule, your fitness level and keeping any injuries you have in mind. We work with beginners, elite athletes and everyone in between! These workouts can all be done with your coach at our private training facility or remotely and you will be able to fit them in WHENEVER & WHEREVER is most convenient for you!

When you are not with your coach at our facility, your custom workouts are delivered to you through our specialized app. Your workouts come with videos, pictures, reps, sets & rest so you know exactly how to do them. All you need to do is turn on the app, put your workout clothes on and start!
Our app is extremely easy to use and is used by clients in their pre-teens as well as clients in their 80s. It’s loaded with features that help our coaches assess exactly where you’re at, like: 

  • Progress tracking - weight, measurements and pictures.

  • Calendar - for scheduling your workouts with your coach.

  • Fitbit/ Apple Watch integrations - link to your watch to track metrics like steps and sleep. 

  • Goals & habit tracking - like drinking more water.

  • Nutrition tracking - to track exactly what you’re eating, make small changes, and maximize your results.

2. NUTRITION COACHING

Our certified nutritionists are here to help you with your nutrition whether you’re looking to get the most out of your workouts or need help managing other aspects of your health like getting your GI tract healthy and decreasing inflammation in the gut. 

Our nutrition plans are SO EASY that we have clients as young as 12 years old following plans as well as adults in their 80s. Wherever you’re at with your nutrition, we’re confident you can follow your plan easily too. We will coach you through simple solutions to adjust your nutrition and make sure you can maintain your results for life and become an expert at your own nutritional needs. 

All the information about your nutrition plan is found in our app so that everything is at your fingertips for success.

3. ACCOUNTABILITY

Daily contact from your personal trainer, kinesiologist and nutritionist is the GLUE that holds everything together and the reason why we guarantee results. We’re here to give you all the motivation and support that you need on the days where you really don’t feel like doing anything. 

Again, connection with our team can be done easily through our app. You’ll have a coach with you every step of the way, encouraging you, motivating you, and supporting you so that you never fall off.  

AN EXAMPLE OF A CLIENT’S JOURNEY 

Here’s what a client’s journey may look like when you join us as a client at Kenaz: 

Days 1-3:

  • Discussion of who will serve you best out of our group of specialized trainers, kinesiologists and certified nutritionists. We’ll match you with the best person for meeting your specific goals and body’s needs. 

  • Booking and completing a movement screen to assess your baseline.

  • Booking and completing a nutritional orientation.

  • Payment setup. 

Weeks 1-3:

  • Fitness: Finding muscle imbalances and building your body’s foundation.

  • Nutrition: Cleaning up your eating habits and healing your GI tract.

  • Accountability: Keeping you accountable & making sure you always feel supported. 

Weeks 3-4:

  • Meet for a check in to adjust your nutrition plan.

  • Evaluate progress on your fitness to build out a long term plan.

  • Discuss how you can continue to not only reach your goals but maintain them for life.
