How Performance Training Works at Kenaz

1. Initial Assessment
Your first session is a simple one-on-one movement and strength assessment. We look at how you move, where you’re limited, and what your sport or goals require. This gives us a clear starting point.

2. Personalized Training Plan
We build a customized program based on your assessment, focusing on strength, speed, power, conditioning, and mobility. No templates, no generic workouts, only what your body needs.

3. Coaching Sessions
Training sessions (45–60 minutes) include guided strength work, technique coaching, movement corrections, and structured conditioning. Most clients train 2–4 times per week.

4. Progress Tracking
Every few weeks, we review your progress, adjust your plan, and introduce new phases so you keep improving safely and consistently.
