We started Kenaz in 2018 with a simple idea: train people the right way. That means thoughtful coaching, proper movement, and habits that actually last — not cookie-cutter programs or six-week fads. Our team of registered kinesiologists and certified trainers work with adults recovering from injuries, busy professionals who need accountability, ICBC rehab patients, and young athletes chasing the next level.
