Megan has a specialized background in post rehabilitation, medical exercise, strength and conditioning, sport-specific training, Pilates, functional training, athletic performance, and human nutrition.

She obtained a Specialized Honours Degree in Kinesiology at York University, a Medical Exercise Specialist Certification (ACE) and Masters of Kinesiology at University of British Columbia. She also is Certified in Mat Pilates (Body Harmonics), Intermediate level Pole Dancing  (Tantra Fitness) and CPR (AED-DEF- Red Cross).

Megan focuses on structured training which has intention and purpose with all her clients. Her goal and passion is to educate her clients on proper form and technique, as well as helping them build healthy habits and lifestyle changes that go beyond the gym setting. Megan believes in a holistic approach to health and wellness. She advocates for a well-balanced, and realistic approach for everyday life as well as physical health and wellness. Megan has been teaching fitness and training individuals for over 15 years; competed in individual sports such as in track and field (100m, high jump, 400m); team sports (Ultimate, Field Hockey, Rugby); and began her pole fitness journey in 2013. Her focus is to empower clients and strives to help them be the best version of themselves and taking a leap into things they never thought they could do! The sky's the limit! 


“I was in a car accident last December where my car was totalled and I was injured. When I was at the point where I was in less pain, my chiropractor and massage therapist referred me to Kim Marshall. I started my rehab exercises with Kim at Kenaz in early summer and already, it has helped me so much. I am beginning to feel stronger again, and feel so inspired and motivated by Kim to keep on pushing forward. He makes the work outs fun with his energy, smile and wonderful sense of humour. He always asks me how I’m feeling and listens to my answers, and then adjusts the exercises when needed so that they’re always helping me towards my goal of being stronger and pain free.
