Jon graduated from the British Columbia of Personal Training Institute where he obtained his National Academy of Sports Medicine certification.

Jon has been a trainer for over 5 years, helping  thousands of people elevate their life through proper movement, nutrition and mindset.

Jon’s passion for fitness developed at an early age on the rugby and soccer field playing both sports at an elite level, as well as his high school weight room. He suffered injuries causing him to go down his own path of rehabilitation. After years of recovery he was able to get back into fitness, become a trainer and help others correct posture imbalances and overcome injuries. 

In addition to NASM personal training, Jon also holds certifications in Trigger Point, Percussion Therapy, Indoor Cycling Instructor, NashFit2, TRX Suspension Training and Muay Thai Level 1.

Jon’s style of training consists of strength training, bodybuilding, handstands/calisthenics & athletic training. He loves hiking, you can always find him at the top of a mountain doing a handstand. Jon is extremely high energy, knowledgeable and motivating which he brings to every session. He loves taking his clients to their highest level possible!
